Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be happy with Looper Studio. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund. All purchases are processed by our payment provider, Polar (polar.sh), and refunds are issued through it to your original payment method.

2. Free Trial

Looper Studio includes a 7-day free trial with no payment required, so you can evaluate the app before you buy. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure Looper Studio works for you and with your hardware.

3. Perpetual Licenses

If you purchase a one-time perpetual license, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. After 14 days, perpetual-license purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time from your billing dashboard; your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period that has already started, except where required by law.

If you were charged unexpectedly (for example, an unintended renewal), contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.

5. Your Statutory Rights (EU/EEA)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. Where you ask us to begin providing the software immediately and acknowledge that you lose this right once delivery begins, that statutory withdrawal right may no longer apply. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable law.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@looper.studio with the email address used for the purchase and your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Polar; depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days to appear.
