Plans and Trial
Looper Studio 7-day free trial, Perpetual and Subscription plans, the Cloud Sync add-on, redeem codes, billing and refunds. Prices are on the pricing page.
You can try every feature free for 7 days. After the trial, you need a plan or a code. For prices, see looper.studio/pricing.
Free trial
- 7 days, every feature, no card.
- It starts the first time you sign in on the app, not when you create your account.
- One trial per account and one per computer. A new account does not get a second trial on the same computer.
- Cloud Sync is not included. To use Cloud Sync, you need a subscription or the Cloud Sync add-on.
While the trial runs, Looper Studio shows how many days are left, for example Trial - 3 days left.
When the trial ends, Looper Studio opens the sign-in window with a message that your trial has ended or that your license has expired. Your projects stay on your computer. To continue, buy a plan or redeem a code with the same account. Looper Studio uses the new license the next time it starts or you sign in.
Plans
There are two plans. Both include every feature, all 1.x updates, and use on up to 3 devices.
| Perpetual | Subscription | |
|---|---|---|
| How you pay | Once | Monthly or annually |
| Cloud Sync | Available as an add-on | Included |
| Support | Email support | Priority email support |
The Perpetual plan is also called the Full license.
Cloud Sync add-on
If you own the Perpetual license, you can add Cloud Sync on its own. You pay for it monthly or yearly. You can cancel it at any time, and your Perpetual license does not change. To buy it, open Billing and choose Add Cloud Sync.
The add-on is not for subscribers, because the subscription already includes Cloud Sync. For how sync works, see Cloud Sync.
Buy a plan
- Sign in at looper.studio with the same account that you use in the app. The license goes to that account.
- Go to looper.studio/pricing.
- Click Buy perpetual, or choose Monthly or Annual and subscribe.
- Pay on the checkout page. Polar, our payment partner, runs the checkout.
Looper Studio uses the new license the next time it starts or you sign in.
Redeem a code
A code has 16 letters and numbers in four groups, like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. You get a code in a purchase email, with a bundle, or as a gift. Each code works once.
On the website:
- Go to looper.studio/dashboard/redeem.
- Type the code in Code.
- Click Redeem code.
In the app: you must be signed in. When the sign-in window shows a license message (for example, after your trial ends), click Redeem a code. Type the code in LICENSE CODE and click Redeem.
Billing
looper.studio/dashboard/billing shows your plans, payments and invoices. On this page you can:
- Cancel or resume your subscription, or switch between monthly and yearly.
- Add or cancel the Cloud Sync add-on.
- Update your card.
- Download invoices and receipts.
If you cancel a subscription, it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
- Perpetual: you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.
- Subscription: you can cancel at any time. There are no partial refunds for a period that has started. If we charged you by mistake, tell us within 14 days.
If you can get a refund, the Billing page shows Request a refund. You can also email support@looper.studio. The full policy is at looper.studio/legal/refund.
